Important Information:
The best image to work from is a clear line drawing, so if you already have one, that’s perfect!
If not, don’t worry - you can submit a photograph instead. I’ll take a look and get in touch to let you know whether I’m able to create the embroidery from your photo.

For the best embroidery:
High resolution, simple, clear images work most effectively.
Please avoid dark, blurry images as this can impact the detail I can achieve.
All embroidery is carried out in black as standard, if you would like a specific colour please add this in the 'add a note' box and I will do my best to accommodate .
Embroidery Size & Personalisation
The maximum embroidery area is 15cm x 10cm
If you'd like to add a short piece of text beneath or alongside your Embroidered Drawing, please add this in the 'add notes box' when adding the item to your cart.
Any additional wording added needs to be kept short to fit comfortably underneath the embroidery illustration.
If you'd like to check whether your image is suitable before placing your order, please email threadandletterstudio@gmail.com. If I don't think your image is suitable I will contact you before starting the order.

If selected, your Embroidered Drawing will be carefully placed in a 5x7" frame.

Internal without mount - 17.5cm x 12.5cm
Internal with mount - 12cm x 7cm

Dispatch
Every Embroidered Note is made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of your order for dispatch. If I can get this sent out earlier I will of course do so.
Shipping
For UK orders, shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.65, with free delivery on orders over £80.
Returns
Unfortunately I am unable to offer returns as each piece is a one off and made to order. If you are unhappy with your product please contact me as soon as possible and I can resolve this for you.
