Important Information:

The best image to work from is a clear line drawing, so if you already have one, that’s perfect!

If not, don’t worry - you can submit a photograph instead. I’ll take a look and get in touch to let you know whether I’m able to create the embroidery from your photo.

Embroidery Size & Personalisation

For the best embroidery:

High resolution, simple, clear images work most effectively.

The building should be free from any obstructions, people, trees etc and ideally photographed straight on (unless you would prefer a side on or angled image).

Please avoid dark, blurry images or images that are taken too far away as this can impact the detail I can achieve.

All embroidery is carried out in black as standard, if you would like a specific colour please add this in the 'add a note' box and I will do my best to accommodate .

Creating your embroidered piece

Your photograph or drawing will be carefully transformed into a simplified line illustration, created specifically with embroidery in mind. As embroidery has its own limitations, your finished piece won’t be an exact reproduction of the original image, but I’ll capture as much of its character and detail as possible.

Every photograph, drawing and building is unique, so the level of detail will naturally vary depending on the original image. My aim is to highlight the features and little details that make your place special, creating a beautiful and timeless piece of embroidered art that you’ll treasure for years to come.

Embroidery Size & Personalisation

The maximum embroidery area is 15cm x 10cm.

If you'd like to add a short piece of text beneath or alongside your building, such as a venue name, bride and grooms name, date etc please add this in the 'add notes box' when adding the item to your cart.

Any additional wording added needs to be kept short to fit comfortably underneath the embroidery illustration.

I would recommend that the Embroidered Venue order is placed without a mount to maximise the detail I am able to achieve. If you would still like to add a mount then the embroidery and any additional writing will be scaled down accordingly and detail may be simplified.

Frame Dimensions

If selected, your Embroidered Venue will be carefully placed in a 5x7" frame.

Frame dimensions:

External - 26cm x 21cm

Internal without mount - 17.5cm x 12.5cm

Internal with mount - 12cm x 7cm

Shipping & Returns

Dispatch
Every Embroidered Note is made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of your order for dispatch. If I can get this sent out earlier I will of course do so.

Shipping
For UK orders, shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.65, with free delivery on orders over £80.

Returns
Unfortunately I am unable to offer returns as each piece is a one off and made to order. If you are unhappy with your product please contact me as soon as possible and I can resolve this for you.
